LISA DOLIN brings a strong record of successful business and community leadership to her consulting practice, which focuses on executive coaching with leaders and leadership teams and organizational capacity building. In her general management career and now as an advisor to senior leaders, she has guided organizations through significant transformations in sectors including health care, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, energy, financial services, and technology. She has developed and delivered training programs related to leadership, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
Ms. Dolin was an executive and corporate officer at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 company providing products and services that help pharmacies and healthcare providers reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality and increase profitability. Ms. Dolin led and grew a number of successful operating companies at Cardinal, established its first shared services division, and led the development of CardinalASSIST®, an innovative service that integrated capabilities across Cardinal’s operating companies and delivered significant new value to Cardinal and its customers.
After Cardinal, Ms. Dolin was named Dean of the School of Management at Capital University. Under her leadership, the School of Management developed and executed a strategy resulting in 20% growth in revenues and operating profits in a declining market, redesigned and expanded the undergraduate and MBA curricula to increase their relevance, effectiveness and market share, launched a successful new business unit offering professional development programs for executives and corporate clients, and led the University in creating learning assessment plans to evaluate and enhance program quality.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: Ms. Dolin led Cardinal’s first start-up venture, a pharmaceutical packaging company, through six years of robust growth, generating compounded growth rates of 60% in sales and 80% in operating profits. As Senior Vice President of Cardinal’s Specialty Companies, she and her team developed a coordinated account management approach to grow total revenues for five divisions in Cardinal’s pharmaceutical commercialization portfolio by nearly 70% to approximately $1 billion with an increase of over 245% in total operating profit in two years.
ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY & CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Ms. Dolin works with executives and leadership teams to structure and implement major organizational transformation initiatives, helping them to develop the structures, skills, and capacity to build coalitions, manage conflicts and unexpected challenges, and to institutionalize practices that support their success.

Ms. Dolin earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Cincinnati. She and her family live in Columbus, Ohio where she has been active in numerous community organizations and initiatives.
