Nancy served as Vice President and Senior Consultant with Right Management, a publicly traded, global provider of career and talent management consulting with 300+ offices worldwide. Leading the career management practice in the Columbus, Ohio office, Nancy provided consulting services to individuals and corporate clients across diverse industries including financial services, healthcare, higher education, public and private utilities, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, R&D and computer technologies.
Earlier career history includes Director of Programs at the Center for New Directions in Columbus, Ohio, a small, community based, non-profit providing career/life planning and educational services to disadvantaged populations; Founding Director, OSU’s Office of Disability Services where she played a key role in bringing programmatic and physical accessibility to the enterprise; and Instructor at the New York Association for the Blind in Manhattan.
