The Innovative Leadership Facilitator Program
The program contains sixteen modules that build a strong understanding of the Innovative Leadership theoretical framework. You’ll walk through the Innovative Leadership program yourself and work through the content with a learning partner. Throughout the coursework, you’ll learn how to:

Basic Certification
During basic certification, you walk through the Innovative Leadership foundation course as both a participant and a facilitator. You complete all the exercises participants complete and then work through each module as a peer mentor and facilitator. During this class, we have open discussions and learn from each other how to respond to the range of learning, experiences, and challenges you will experience facilitating the foundation course.
This program allows you to facilitate the foundation course – leveraging the Innovative Leadership course work. This program is effective for learners who want to extend their coaching practices, consulting practices, internal learning and development offerings, and leaders who want to coach and mentor their teams using a structured approach. It focuses on providing an overview of the Innovative Leadership framework then walks you through the six step development process.
Nine modules — with videos, articles, podcasts, and reflection exercises along with quizzes to test your knowledge — are included:

Advanced Certification
The Advanced Certification includes six additional modules that allow you to better understand the Innovative Leadership framework in significantly more detail. You learn theoretical grounding, frameworks, and how to leverage these frameworks to accelerate leadership development and leadership effectiveness.
Participants who select the additional modules want to understand the tools that drive leadership success in greater depth. Most leaders have a favorite tool or framework — each has its strengths and limitations. These modules help you develop a more nuanced understanding of each, how they interrelate to amplify their impact, and where they are less helpful.

The second half of the course is the same as the Basic Certification, using the innovative Leadership development process to improve leadership skills.

- Certified Facilitator can access the evolving tools based on the Kajabi platform. For participants who want to leverage what they learn to teach, consult or coach, these materials will continually evolve. You can use them with your clients by paying a small per use fee for each participant you teach.
- The Innovative Leadership program integrates several assessments that help leaders understand themselves in a more nuanced manner than other programs. These range from the Position Success Indicator exploring operational capabilities or job DNA to match learners with learning partners, a proprietary leadership mindset map, and a mini- Stages Developmental Assessment. Each of these tools helps the learner build self-awareness and learn how to use these tools in practice.

What the Certified Leader Development Facilitator Can Do.
Single user license allows you to apply the framework and tools to support change in an organization. Certified Leader Development Facilitators can advise their employers and clients through their leadership development process, address resilience, support change/transformation projects, and deliver Facilitator Series workshops. You will access the proprietary ILI tools database.
