Anne Starr

Anne Starr, is an executive coach, facilitator, and thought partner working with leaders and teams to strengthen their capacity to respond to complex challenges with greater impact and effectiveness. Her work focuses on clarifying individual and organizational purpose, honing innate capabilities so that clients revitalize themselves and the organizations they care about. She helps clients see themselves and their situations from new perspectives, realizing the insight, inspiration and will to achieve outcomes that matter. She serves her clients as an ally, thinking partner, opposing force, champion and sometimes taskmaster. Leaders who work with Anne experience a renewed sense of purpose, integrity and being at home in the world. Anne has been coaching leaders in higher education, finance, manufacturing, high tech, professional services, philanthropy and global non-profits since 2006. She draws on over 15 years as business manager to Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline, in the organizational learning arena, facilitating the development and implementation of complex events and organizational change initiatives internationally. She spent 7 years as a partner in retained executive search, placing leaders in high tech, finance, manufacturing and biotechnology. She worked in high tech and began her career at MIT, serving as human resources officer for the Sloan School of Management.

Edmond Moore

Edmund (Eddie) is a seasoned practitioner with over 20 years of experience working and consulting in Fortune 100 and 500 companies. As an entrepreneur, he has been involved with several start-up and turn-around opportunities throughout his career. He is a strategic partner with Metcalf & Associates and the founder of Moore Consulting, LLC, www.emooreconsulting.com.

Eddie is passionate about change, from developing strategy, architecting organizations, to leading and managing the implementation of change. He has dedicated the past fifteen years of his career studying and applying best practices for change management. Sarah Ahern

Sarah Ahern has years of hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C markets. Sarah has developed and launched start-ups, programs, and products as an entrepreneur herself and for major corporations, nonprofits, and small businesses. Sarah has also facilitated many strategic workshops helping companies build strong foundations for growth. To spice it up, she rounds out her understanding of human behavior with a Masters in Health Education and experience as a Therapeutic Chef.

Bill LaFayette

Bill LaFayette, Ph.D., brings 16 years of experience in economic development organizations and a thorough understanding of the workings of regional economies and workforce development to Metcalf & Associates clients. Bill offers an array of economic and workforce analysis and planning services to clients in public, private, academic, and not-for-profit sectors. The goal is to help clients understand the regional and community economies in which they operate and to work with them to develop strategies to grow their economies and businesses.

Bill is the owner of the consulting firm RegionomicsTM LLC. He is a recognized authority on the economies of Ohio and the Columbus region. His clear, jargon-free explanations of economic forces have brought him great demand as a source for print and broadcast media and as a speaker to business, government, and community groups. He has produced the Columbus Chamber’s annual Columbus Blue Chip Economic Forecast since 1999, and continues to do so as senior economic advisor for the Chamber.

Lisa Dolin brings a strong record of successful business and community leadership to her consulting practice, which focuses on executive coaching with leaders and leadership teams and organizational capacity building. In her general management career and now as an advisor to senior leaders, she has guided organizations through significant transformations in sectors including health care, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, energy, financial services, and technology. She has developed and delivered training programs related to leadership, communication, and organizational effectiveness.

Ms. Dolin was an executive and corporate officer at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 company providing products and services that help pharmacies and healthcare providers reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality and increase profitability. Ms. Dolin led and grew a number of successful operating companies at Cardinal, established its first shared services division, and led the development of CardinalASSIST®, an innovative service that integrated capabilities across Cardinal’s operating companies and delivered significant new value to Cardinal and its customers.

 

Eric Douglas Keene

Eric Douglas Keene is the Founder & President of Keene Advisory Group. Keene Advisory Group is a strategic partner with the Innovative Leadership Institute. He partners with clients to recruit general management, commercial, and functional executives. Formerly with Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric served as a firm-wide leader on Diversity & Inclusion; and was a member of the Consumer and Corporate Officers practices.

Eric has successfully led search engagements across a variety of industries including consumer markets, energy, financial services, healthcare & life sciences, industrial, private equity, professional services, social impact, and technology. In addition to general management positions, Eric’s commercial placements involve marketing, sales, and strategy roles. He has additional functional experience with finance, human resources, and information & technology assignments.

Mindy Price

Mindy Price is the founder and President of Direct Effect Solutions, Inc. a consulting, coaching and training company. Mindy also provides consulting services to Metcalf & Associates clients. Mindy brings over 16 years experience in academic and corporate environments.

Mindy’s excellent leadership and communication skills compliment her commitment to professional excellence and development of self and others. She is a seasoned and dynamic facilitator with exceptional teaching, coaching, mentoring, relationship building, and problem-solving abilities. She is also qualified to deliver the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Mindy has also demonstrated strong organizational development and change management disciplines through development and delivery of IT consulting, project management, training, and education. Along with her professional responsibilities, Mindy is also involved in the community through multiple capacities. She is the Vice President of the Columbus Children’s Choir Board and volunteers many hours with the New Directions Career Center.

Marc Manashil

Marc Manashil is passionate about applying his adaptive leadership and collaboration expertise to help stakeholders within teams, stakeholder groups, and organizations and systems overcome unproductive conflict and address adaptive challenges that impede their impact. His consulting, training and coaching work is centered around helping individuals and groups to define their greatest adaptive challenge(s), gain a better systemic awareness of the problem, and concretely apply new insights by making more strategic interventions that generate progress. Marc is a Co-Founder and Principal at CoInnovative Consulting.

Marc was inspired by the adaptive leadership framework while pursuing his mid-career MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School from 2009-10, subsequently becoming a teaching assistant and then spending the past decade developing and delivering adaptive leadership programs in corporate, nonprofit, and public sector contexts. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Co-Founder of the Adaptive Leadership in Human Services Institute at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, Marc has developed and facilitated a multifaceted set of adaptive leadership initiatives encompassing fellowship programs, leadership labs, and courses at the masters, doctoral and executive levels.

Marc spent his early career working in global health, development, and philanthropy as a social worker by training. During this time, he started a public foundation hosting globally-focused giving circles where corporate executives and philanthropists pooled resources and engaged in collective grantmaking to grassroots development and peacebuilding organizations worldwide. Marc also served as program director for a Latin American medical relief organization and as US executive director of an NGO to prevent child mortality in West Africa.
