Mike Fulton

Mike Fulton is a seasoned technology strategist and executive advisor with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and innovation leadership. With decades of experience guiding organizations through complex technology and business challenges, Mike helps clients align technology strategy with business outcomes, accelerate transformation, and build future-ready capabilities.
As an educator and thought leader, Mike serves as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University, where he teaches digital strategy and emerging technologies. His career includes multiple executive leadership roles—two stints as Chief Information Officer, a tenure as Chief Innovation Officer, and leadership positions in technology strategy and shared services architecture. These experiences give him a unique perspective on how to drive measurable impact through technology-enabled business models.
Mike is also an active mentor and advisor in the tech community, passionate about helping leaders navigate disruption, leverage innovation, and create sustainable growth. His approach combines strategic insight, operational discipline, and a commitment to empowering executives to lead confidently in an AI-driven world.

Dr. Neil Grunberg
Neil E. Grunberg, Ph.D., is Professor of Military & Emergency Medicine, Medical & Clinical Psychology, and Neuroscience in the Uniformed Services University (USU) School of Medicine; Professor in the USU Graduate School of Nursing; and Director of Research and Development in the USU Leader and Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program, Bethesda, Maryland.
He is a medical psychologist, social psychologist, and behavioral neuroscientist. Dr. Grunberg earned baccalaureate degrees in Medical Microbiology and Psychology from Stanford University (1975); M.A. (1977), M.Phil. (1979), and Ph.D. (1980) degrees in Physiological Psychology and Social Psychology from Columbia University; and completed doctoral training in Pharmacology at Columbia University’s College of Physicians & Surgeons (1976-79).
He has been educating physicians, psychologists, and nurses for the Armed Forces and Public Health Service and scientists for research and academic positions since 1979.
He has published 200 papers addressing behavioral medicine, drug use, stress, traumatic brain injury, and leadership. He has been recognized for his professional contributions by awards from the American Psychological Association, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, Food & Drug Administration, National Cancer Institute, Society for Behavioral Medicine, US Surgeon General, and Uniformed Services University.
In 2015, Dr. Grunberg was selected to be a Presidential Leadership Scholar.

Christoph Hinske
Christoph Hinske is the co-founder and CEO of The Engagement Company, a Dutch-based social impact business. “Think of it as a place where multi-stakeholder engagement and business ecosystem strategy meet the power of systemic leadership and collaborative campaigning.” Testimonials about our joint work – led by Christoph.
Christoph is certified in the Innovative Leadership Organization Transformation process. He provides consulting support and partners with Metcalf & Associates to provide online leadership development and organization development training and curate high impact multi-sector online events.
He is an open-minded, creative and resourceful social entrepreneur with a bias for pragmatic actions. He motivates others and communicates comfortably at all levels and in many cultures. His main expertise is in systems strategy and peer-to-peer based business ecosystem design.
Christoph worked as member of advisory and executive boards for global industry networks and invested in SME’s, social enterprises as well as the world largest private banks and airlines. This unique background allows him to capture untouched value by integrating and aligning the needs of conflicting interest groups.
Working for 11+ years as a trained Global Change Manager, he developed strong expertise in cross-sector and global multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives.
