George is a transformational executive and legal strategist who grew EBITDA 3X in 12 months as President of Red Roof Franchising, leading financial transformation during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a former CEO, he has built scalable infrastructures and operational processes for multi-million dollar organizations. George holds a J.D. from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in Accounting from Ohio State and serves on numerous boards and commissions. He manages complex organizational change with a hands-on, servant leadership style and is committed to helping organizations drive innovation, operational excellence & social impact.

As the COO of both IES and ILI, George will helm Leadership Development & Transformation and will oversee:

• C-suite and Board governance rigor with Strategy to Execution Leadership
• Strategic and Legal advisory; leadership, legal and operations architecture, AI ethics
• FP&A; financial controls and KPI linkage
• Client delivery excellence & performance outcomes with Culture to Performance Activation
• PMO oversight and Framework standardization

Internally, George will co-lead ERP, Strategy, and Business Growth across all IES consulting and Advisory projects with Maureen Metcalf, the founder of ILI. George will help Boards and Leadership teams translate strategy into measurable performance by combining ILI’s globally recognized leadership framework with elite executive expertise, delivering innovative solutions for organizations facing complex challenges.
