The Innovative Leadership Institute (ILI) announced the appointment of George B. Limbert, Esq. as President of Innovative Executive Solutions™, its executive advisory division focused on organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, and AI-enabled strategy.

Limbert brings deep experience in executive leadership, governance, and legal strategy. He previously served as President and General Counsel of Red Roof Franchising, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives across operations, strategy, and organizational effectiveness. His background includes senior executive roles in large, complex organizations navigating growth, risk, and transformation.
