Barbara Kellerman is the James MacGregor Burns Lecturer in Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School. She is Founding Executive Director of the School’s Center for Public Leadership. In 2016, she was given the Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Leadership Association. She has written many books and articles about leadership and followership, most recently, Professionalizing Leadership, and (with Todd Pittinsky) Leaders Who Lust: Power, Money, Sex, Success, Legitimacy, Legacy.
