10 AI Leadership Mindsets and Behavior

This thirteen-module facilitated program introduces you to the leadership behaviors required to lead your organization through its AI transformation. AI will become the biggest game changer for many businesses in their history. Leaders must know how to lead transformation. They need to master the behaviors and mindsets they require. Most leaders have some proficiency in these skills and behaviors, but most have not mastered all. The class consists of an overview of each behavior, a podcast with an expert, written materials, and reflection questions to help understand and build proficiency. Complete via self-study, group study, or guided by an expert Innovative Leadership facilitator.

This program is tailored to your company and team and includes assessments, executive coaching, and peer mentoring. This flexible workshop is certified by Innovative Leadership Institute and can be offered in person, online, or as a hybrid program. A minimum of 10 participants for this course.
COMPREHENSIVE INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP

Ready to enhance your leadership abilities? This 8-session expert-facilitated program takes you through the leadership journey and the skills required to excel in the modern workplace. It is offered in partnership with the James Madison University School of Strategic Leadership. This program is perfect for leaders within your organization to attend and learn from leaders in other companies. You’ll receive a certificate from James Madison University and Innovative Leadership Institute upon completion.
INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP MINDSET PROGRAM
$250 per person or $2500 per group
Learn the mindsets and behaviors required for highly effective leaders. This 20-hour, nine-module course can be completed via self study, group study, or guided by an expert Innovative Leadership facilitator.
EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM
$31,500 per person/9-month program
An intensive program that helps you enhance and build upon your leadership skills. Along with 1-on-1 coaching, we’ll do an in-depth assessment of your current capabilities and move through a curriculum tailored to your specific goals. This comprehensive approach will accelerate your development far beyond a traditional coaching-only or leadership-only program. You’ll also have the option to complete the Innovative Leadership Foundation program in conjunction and receive a joint certification from the Innovative Leadership Institute and the Franklin University Mason Leadership Center.
EXECUTIVE ADVISORY PROGRAM
$6,000 per person/month
Ongoing coaching advising, and consulting to support your key initiatives. Connect with your advisor through daily emails, weekly calls, and other as-needed support to help you quickly execute on high-priority initiatives. You’ll also gain access to a curated library of tools and processes that support your development goals. 3-month minimum commitment.
